ODIN – Digital Twins of the Ocean

Summary

The project aims to strengthen the blueOASIS technical team with highly qualified human resources (HQHR), with essential competencies for the implementation of innovation, research and development (R&D&I) projects dedicated to the sustainability of the blue economy and the oceans.

The company will play a central role in the development of an Ocean Digital Twin, referred to as the ODIN project.

The ODIN project will enable the visualisation and understanding of the behaviour of the various components of marine ecosystems, becoming a valuable tool for informed decision-making, capable of predicting their future behaviour, identifying potential problems and testing different scenarios without having to impact the oceans in order to carry out such analysis.
